Exceptions may apply as required by law (for example, a 14-day cooling-off period in Korea under consumer protection laws).
• Subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no Premium features/credits/generations have been used.
• Credits: Consumed credits are non-refundable; unused credits may be prorated refunded upon subscription cancellation.
• Issues: In cases of generation failure, technical errors, or non-delivery, we will re-credit or fully refund. Contact support at support@nanabananapro.net.
• Prices are subject to change with notice to users.
• You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan.
• Payment terms are based on your selected payment method and plan.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time is 5-14 business days.

Termination
