Nana Banana Pro AI Terms of Service

Nana Banana Pro AI provides AI image, video, audio, prompt, editing, enhancement, gallery, billing, and credit-based creation tools.

You must use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, provider rules, and product instructions.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including generation tasks, uploads, purchases, subscriptions, and API or workspace usage.

Some features require credits, paid plans, or subscriptions. Prices, credits, limits, and included features are shown in the product or checkout flow.

Credits may be consumed when a task is created or processed. If a supported generation task fails after credits are reserved, the system may automatically refund or revoke the related credit consumption according to product rules.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Taxes, currency conversion, payment failures, refunds, cancellations, and renewals may be subject to provider terms and applicable law.

You retain responsibility for prompts, uploads, source URLs, references, generated outputs, and any content you submit or create through the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, generate, download, publish, or share your content.

You grant Nana Banana Pro AI the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, store, display, and otherwise operate the service for your content.

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, bypass security, abuse infrastructure, scrape at scale without permission, reverse engineer restricted systems, or interfere with other users.

You may not upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, exploitative, abusive, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or otherwise prohibited by applicable provider or platform policies.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication or commercial use.

Availability, speed, quality, and model behavior may vary due to third-party AI providers, queue times, rate limits, maintenance, or abuse prevention.

Nana Banana Pro AI, including its product design, software, branding, documentation, and website content, is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Nana Banana Pro AI software, trademarks, or platform materials.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay, abuse credits, or use the product in a prohibited manner.

You may stop using the service at any time. Some billing obligations, legal obligations, and record retention duties may survive termination.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
