Nana Banana Pro AI provides digital services and credits. Purchases are generally final and non-refundable once delivered (generation completed or credits credited). Exceptions may apply where required by law.

Refund Requests

• Subscriptions: you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no Premium features/credits/generations have been used.
• Credits: consumed credits are non-refundable; unused credits may be prorated refunded upon subscription cancellation.
• Issues: in cases of generation failure, technical errors, or non-delivery, we will re-credit or fully refund.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time is 5-14 business days.
